Important Notes:

• This year instructors may request Tableau licensing for classes. Please allow 3 business days for request processing. An email containing a licensing code will be sent to you.

• You may insert the codes into the “TableauDesktop.docx” document (a downloadable version of the “Tableau Desktop” document available at “resources.business.uconn.edu”)to provide complete download and installation instructions to students.

Completing The Request Form

Please go to https://www.tableau.com/academic/teaching

Open

Click on the link Request Course Software.

Open
Enter your contact information	Enter site country and state	Complete the class request. Requests for up to 2 additional classes can also be applied for on the same page.

Click Accept and submit. You will receive an immediate confirmation email and an email later (usually 3 to 4 business days) with the license key information.
