Collaborate Ultra - Real Time Support in Session

Students, Faculty, and Staff have access to a real-time support bot while in a Collaborate Ultra session.

  1. While in a Collaborate session, click on the purple arrow to expand the panel.

  2. At the bottom of this panel, click on the gear icon.

  3. Next, click on Chat Support.

  4. Use the Chat Bot to help to resolve your issue.
