Kaltura: NetID Not Found When Adding Collaborators

This article is for faculty, students, and staff. 

Users may be able unable to find a NetID when adding Collaborators to a Kaltura video. This is usually because the Collaborator has not used Kaltura yet.

Have the user in question follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Kaltura.

2. Click Guest.

3. Click My Media.

4. Enter your NetID and password.

5. Once you have logged into Kaltura, you should be available to be added as a Collaborator.
