All contracts for current suppliers will now be located within HuskyBuy. Each contract will be labeled appropriately within the description in order to be able to choose the correct contract.
Process Steps
Searching for Contracts
To search for a contract, click on Contracts on the left navigation bar, then choose Search Contracts.
You can also search for a contract, by starting on the Shopping Home page, and click on the blue Contracts link, above the main shopping catalog search field.
Enter your search criteria within the fields to locate a specific contract for a supplier. Enter in a description of the type of goods or services, to begin your search. For example, Photography.
Choose the contract you would like to view, by clicking on the Open Summary button, or the supplier’s name. If you have a large number of suppliers listed, you can refine your search further by clicking on one or more of the links on the left side of the screen – under Quick Filters.
Clicking on the contract number link takes you to the summary page of the contract. Each page below can be opened and viewed as necessary. Click Back to Results to get back to the list.
