VoiceThread Assignment: Comment

This article is for instructors looking to create a VoiceThread (VT) “Comment” assignment which requires students to post a specified number of comments (and/or slides) on an instructor created VoiceThread.

Overview

  1. When building a “Comment” assignment, the instructor must select/create a VoiceThread that students will comment upon.

    1. If an existing (previously created) VoiceThread is selected, a course specific “assignment version” will be created for students to add to. The existing version will remain unaltered.

      1. Creating a VoiceThread in advance is recommended so that it can serve as a template that can be selected.

    2. If a new VoiceThread is created for commenting, it will appear only in the HuskyCT course, but will not be added to your collection of “Owned” VoiceThreads within the VoiceThread homepage.
