For Original Course View, refer to: Downloading the Grade Center

  • Go to your Gradebook in your Ultra course.

  • On the top right of the page, select the Download Gradebook option.

  • A side bar will open where you can select to download either the entire Gradebook or certain columns from you Gradebook. The Gradebook will be available as an Excel file so that you can work offline.

  • Select the CSV option and select Download at the bottom of the screen.

  • A similar file should appear on your screen:

  • You can click on the file to open it and you will have an Excel file to work with offline.

The file may appear at the bottom of your page (Chrome) or at the top (FireFox, etc.). The message that you see regarding the opening or saving of the downloaded file will vary depending on your operating system and browser. On some computers, the file may just download automatically.
