In order for a requisition to be processed, the Shipping section needs to be completed, including the Building Code. You should setup a default building code in your profile or you can edit the building code on your requisition.

Requisition

  1. Click the pencil edit icon on the Shipping section.

  1. Click the arrow and then Search

  1. Type in the name of your building in the description field and select your desired result.

User Profile

  1. Go to your profile icon and click View My Profile.

  1. Click on Custom Field and Accounting Code Defaults.

  1. Scroll down to Building Code and click Edit.

  1. If you don’t have one already, you will need to click Create New Value.

  1. Type in the building name in the description field and click search.

  1. Select the desired result and click Add Values.

  1. Click on the building name and choose Default and save.
