Shopper

This is the default role for anyone at UConn with an active NetID.

Shoppers can place an order, which needs to be assigned to a requester or approver in their area for submission/approval.

Requesters are able to submit purchase requisitions up to $5,000 without FO approval.

Requisitions over $5k will route to the FO/Approver for approval

Responsible for approving orders over $5,000, as well as invoices that are over $250, or if the invoice does not match the details of the PO.

Some requisitions route to the FO for approval regardless of the dollar value.
