What if I need a new supplier?

• Job aid for Supplier Onboarding Process - it’s a PDF that walks you through the steps of inviting a new supplier (or an individual if they require reimbursement)

• After purchasing sends the invitation to the supplier, the supplier completes an online application to register as an online supplier, we don’t see anything on our end. Once the application is complete, it is reviewed by purchasing before they become an approved supplier

• International suppliers will need to fill out a W-8BEN

• Approved in workflow (or green check) means they are verified and that you can purchase from them, otherwise the notifications of application completion are redundant and/or irrelevant

• Reminders to complete the application are recommended, however you may not fill out forms for them

• Can you begin the process (supplier request) prior to the honorarium speakers visit? Yes, you don’t have to wait until after the seminar to get them set up as a supplier
