Enrolling Users in Ultra Course View

This article is intended for instructors looking to enroll users in the Ultra Course View.

Overview

  • In Ultra courses, only users with the Instructor role can enroll other users.

  • Instructors do not need to add officially enrolled students in their courses.

    • Because academic HuskyCT courses are linked to the Student Admin (Peoplesoft) class roster, students are automatically added or removed from the HuskyCT course based on a student’s official enrollment status.

  • Instructors can use this feature to enroll TAs or other desired course collaborators.

Click the sections below to expand them.

  1. Navigate to your course in HuskyCT.

  2. On the landing page, under Roster, click View everyone in your course.

  3. A new window will open showing your course roster, click the plus sign in the upper right corner.

  4. A window will appear on the right side, titled Enroll People, enter the user’s name or NetID in the search field.

  5. Users who match the search will appear below, find the correct user, and click the plus sign to the right of their name.

  6. If necessary, click the drop-down menu below their name to change their role in the course.

  7. Click Save.
