This article is for faculty, students and staff. 

Issue: Unable to View Kaltura Videos in Chrome 

Users may not be able to watch embedded Blackboard/HuskyCT Kaltura videos.  

  1. When viewing content in Google Chrome, right-click the video and select Reload Frame. 

  2. Once the video reloads, click play.

The video should play without issue after reloading.
