Creating a File for Bulk Addition or Bulk Removal Subscription Operations

UConn students, faculty, and staff can use Notepad to opt-in commands for specific users after saving the file as a .txt file.

  1. Open up an ASCII text editor such as Notepad.

  2. Enter any email addresses that will be used for the bulk operations.

    • Names for the address can be added in parentheses to the right of the email address.

    • Use only one email address or name per line.

  3. Once all the desired emails and names have been added, save the file as a .txt file.

Notepad saves the file as .txt by default.
