PDF Version of a Purchase Order

At times you may need to provide a supplier a copy of your purchase order. This job-aid will provide you the ability to create a PDF version of your PO that you can email to your supplier.

Process Steps

Create PDF PO

1. Open the PO in HuskyBuy and in the upper right corner click on the 3 Dot Actions Menu. Click Print Fax Version.

2. A new window will open in a format ready for creating a PDF.

3. Print this page from your browser ensuring your destination printer will save to a PDF.
