Catalog Quote to Cart

Some catalog supplier punchout sites have the ability for the supplier to load a quote. Department staff can then go into the punchout site and add the quote to their cart. Each supplier is responsible for their own punchout site and the functionality will be slightly different with each supplier. Once you add the quote to the punchout site’s cart, follow the on-screen instructions to continue your checkout process until your cart is returned from the punchout site to your HuskyBuy cart. The steps below will display examples from a few different suppliers. Click on the links below to bring you to the specific supplier. Not all suppliers are listed below. When in doubt, look for the word Quote and follow the on-screen instructions.

Process Steps

Before searching for you quote, you will need to find your commodity category and select the desired punchout catalog supplier. Beginning on your shopping home page, you will notice all of the Catalog Punchout and Hosted suppliers located after the forms for Non-Catalog, Payment Requests and Internal Requests. Each catalog supplier is showcased in their respective commodity category such as Research Suppliers.

In this example, we have chosen the research commodity and the punchout catalog supplier Fisher Scientific.

Fisher Scientific

  1. Click on Manage Your Account Or Click on My Account and select Quotes.

  1. Search for your quote and Select your quote number or add the quote to the cart.

  2. Or, only select the items from your quote you would like to add to the cart.

  3. Choose Add to Cart. Continue submitting your punchout shopping cart back to your HuskyBuy shopping cart.

Dot Scientific

  1. Click on the Profile Icon and select Search Quote.

  1. Search for your quote number in the Search Quote field. Once you see your results, click on the View button.

  1. View the details of your quote, and once satisfied, click Move All items to cart. Continue with your order to return items to your HuskyBuy cart.

Airgas

  1. Click on the Orders link and select Quotes.

  1. Locate your quote number and click on it.

  1. Review your quote details. Once ready, you should select Add to Cart. Continue with your order to return items to your HuskyBuy cart.

Dell

  1. Click on the quote link from the home page.

  1. Either search for your quote number or select it if your quote is displayed. Continue with your order to return items to your HuskyBuy cart.

Connection

  1. Click on the quote icon from the home page.

  1. Select your quote number and click on Access.

  1. Review your quote order and click Begin Secure Checkout. Continue submitting your punchout shopping cart back to your HuskyBuy shopping cart.

CDW-G

  1. On the CDW-G home page locate the Find my Quote field and click Find it. OR If you don’t know your quote number, click Find it.

  1. Either search for your number or locate your quote # below and click Add to Cart. Continue submitting your punchout shopping cart back to your HuskyBuy shopping cart.

US Electrical

  1. Under Account, click on Open Orders & Bids.

  1. Select your Order Number.

  1. Review your quote and select Copy Items to Current Order. Continue submitting your punchout shopping cart back to your HuskyBuy shopping cart.

MSC (Sid Tools)

  1. On the MSC home page navigate down to the section called Quotes. OR Click on the Quotes link to the left. Use the search criteria to look up your quote.

  1. Review your quote details and select items you want to add to the MSC shopping cart or click the ALL checkbox. Click the Add Selected Items to Cart button. Continue submitting your punchout shopping cart back to your HuskyBuy shopping cart.

NorthEast Electrical

  1. On the NorthEast Electrical home page navigate to MY ACCOUNT and click Orders and Quotes.

  1. Use the search criteria to look up your quote. OR Scroll down to find your quote number and select it.

  1. Review your quote details. Once ready, click Convert Quote to Order. Continue submitting your punchout shopping cart back to your HuskyBuy shopping cart.

Fastenal

  1. Select eQuotes.

  1. Search for your quote or scroll down to find your quote.

  1. If you selected your quote, review and click Add to Cart. Continue submitting your punchout shopping cart back to your HuskyBuy shopping cart.

Red Thread

  1. Select Retrieve Quotes.

  1. Fill out your search criteria and click Search.

  1. You may notice this message. If so click OK.

  1. Here you have a few options:

    1. View Quote

    2. Add to Cart

    3. Request Revisions. Selecting Add to cart will place your quote into the punchout shopping cart. Continue submitting your punchout shopping cart back to your HuskyBuy shopping cart.
