LockDown Browser in Ultra Course View (Students)
This article is intended for students looking to take an exam via LockDown Browser in Ultra Course View.
You must install LockDown Browser prior to attempting to take an exam via LockDown Browser in Ultra Course View.
Login to HuskyCT from your regular browser.
On the blue navigation menu, click Courses.
Open the course you want to take an exam in.
Find the exam you want to take and click on the exam.
A new window will appear on the right hand side of the screen with information about the exam.
Once you are ready to begin the exam, click View Assessment.
You will be prompted to Open LockDown Browser? If you don’t see this prompt, ensure LockDown Browser is installed on the machine, then try to access the exam again.
Click Open LockDown Browser to proceed.
LockDown Browser will open.
Within LockDown Browser, you will see the test and some test information.
Complete the test within LockDown Browser.
Once you are ready to Submit, click the Submit button in the lower right.
A popup window will appear titled Submit Test? Click Submit to proceed with the submission or Cancel to return to the test.
A popup window will appear titled Your Submission was Successful! On that window, you will see the Submission Confirmation Number and can continue to exit the test by clicking Close.
