Collaborate Overview

1. In Ultra Course View (UCV), the Class Collaborate tool can be found in the Details & Actions menu.

2. To access the Collaborate features outlined below, click on the “…”.

3. The features show in the above image are:

   1. Get course room guest link: This allows you to create a session allowing guest access. (link to other confluence page)

   2. Edit course room settings: Takes you to where you can set the settings for the course room.

   3. View room report: Contains attendance reports at the end of sessions.

   4. Manage all sessions: Links to Sessions page.

   5. View all recordings: Quick access link to all Collaborate recordings.

   6. Disable course room: Disables Collaborate’s open common use course room.
