Viewing and Printing Student Schedules (Enrollment Summary)

Administrators can view and print student schedules in the Student Administration System. 

  1. Click the NavBar icon in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Click the Navigator button from the menu.

  3. Click the Records and Enrollment tab.

  4. Click the Enrollment Summaries tab.

  5. Click the Enrollment Summary tab.

  6. On the Find an Existing Value page, enter criteria to search for the student and then click Search.

  7. Click an entry in the list of search results to view the student’s schedule for that term.

  8. Click View All to view all classes in the student’s schedule.

  9. Click Print Study List to process the report.

  10. Click Report Manager to access the report list.

  11. Click Refresh until the report status is Posted.

  12. Click a Description link to view and print the student’s schedule in Adobe Reader.

  13. Click Go back to Enrollment Summary to return to the Enrollment Summary page.
