Logging in to the Student Administration System: Administrator Access
Administrators can access the Student Administration System with either their NetID or Alpha ID and their password.
If you do not have administrative access to the Student Administration System, you must request access.
Logging in Using Your NetID
Navigate to the Student Admin homepage.
Click Admin Login in the footer of the page.
Enter your NetID and NetID password.
Click Sign In. Select Enable Accessibility Mode to use an ADA-compliant page.
Logging in Using an Alpha ID
Navigate to the Student Admin homepage.
Click Admin Login in the footer of the page.
Enter your User ID in ALL CAPS.
Enter the password provided. If you do not know your password, contact the ITS Technical Support Center at (860) 486-4357 or email techsupport@uconn.edu. They require working with you in person for all password resets.
Click Sign In.
Select the Enable Accessibility Mode checkbox if you wish to use an ADA-compliant page.
Depending on your roles/affiliations with UConn (faculty, staff, student, or student employee) you may have several view options for Student Administration. The current logged-in role for you appears in the top center of the page after login. By default, Administrator appears if you have more than one role and one is Administrator (as is often the case with Graduate TAs / GAs). If you wish to view your student options, click the role and select Student Homepage from the dropdown. You must be in the appropriate role for the options you select to complete successfully.
