Viewing a Customer History Report

Staff can view a Customer History Report through Kuali Financial Systems (KFS). The Customer History Report enables users to view the invoices, payments, and credit memos on a customer account.

  1. Navigate to Accounts Receivable & Cash.

  2. Click Customer.

    click accounts receivable then customer
  3. Enter the Customer Number in the Customer Number field.

  4. Click Search.

  5. Click on the Report link in the search results. 

  6. The Customer History Report will appear. On this page, you can view all activity posted to a customer account.

  • If an invoice has $0 entered in the Unpaid/Unapplied Amount column, then the invoice has either been paid or has been canceled.

  • If an invoice has any other amount listed in the Unpaid/Unapplied Amount column, then the invoice is outstanding.

General

  • To view details about the eDoc, click on the Document Number

  • You may export to an Excel spreadsheet for sorting/analysis.
