Outlook Setup

After the device is setup on Intune and you are signed in, Outlook should be installed but you will need to sign in and complete the setup to view and send emails. To configure Outlook complete the following steps: 

  1. Open Outlook by searching “Outlook” in the search box in the taskbar and selecting it from the list. 

  2. Enter your email address when prompted, and then select Connect.

  1. Enter any additional email addresses that you want to use and then select Next

  1. If prompted, enter a password, and then select Sign in

  1. After all your accounts have been added, choose if you want to set up Outlook mobile or wait until later. 

  1. Select Done. It can take several minutes for Outlook to download your email and other data.
