Mapping your BUSN Q drive on Intune Devices

The purpose of this guide is to assist users in manually mapping the Q drive on Intune devices.

1. To start please open file explorer. File explorer can be found by clicking the “folder” icon on the task bar or by searching “File Explorer” in the start menu.

2. Right click on “This PC” and select “Map a network drive…”

3. Enter the following folder path: \\business.uconn.edu\s in the folder field. Then make sure to check both of the following boxes:

   1. “Reconnect at sign-in” (checked by default)

   2. “Connect using different credentials”

4. When prompted by the Windows Security, click the “More choices” dropdown and select “Use a different account”

5. In the email address field, enter your business username followed by “@business.uconn.edu” and your business password. Ex “Jonathan Husky” = jhusky@business.uconn.edu.

6. Once you hit enter, your Q drive will open. The Q drive will also show up under “This PC.”
