Report Field Name	PHONE
Definition/Usage	The student record keeps track of phone numbers and their respective types for each student. Within this record, a student has the option to select one phone number as their preferred contact.
Values	Code Description MAIL The student’s home phone number. DORM The student’s dormitory phone number. CELL The student’s cell phone number
Example	Student #123456 has several phone numbers listed in their student record, with one of them flagged as "preferred." ID TYPE PHONE PREFERRED 123456 CELL 203/333-1234 Y 123456 MAIL 203/333-1234 123456 DORM 860/555-1234
