DEGR_CHKOUT_STAT

This field denotes the student's degree status, which is initially populated when the student submits their request to graduate. The student’s degree status is updated by the Registrar’s office.

AG Applied for Graduation

AW Degree Awarded

DN Denied

AP Approved

AG - Applied for Graduation

• The degree checkout status of AG (Applied for Graduation) and Expected Graduation Term on a student’s academic program record denotes that the student has applied to graduate for the noted term and is a candidate for graduation.

• The degree checkout status of AW (Degree Awarded) and a noted Completion Term denotes the student was awarded the degree in the given Completion Term.
