Stamford Help Desk Guide

At the help desk you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operation of the Stamford ITS department.  Most of the time you will be the first one to receive requests, and deciding how to handle them.  Through reading this handbook and your training you will learn what type of requests should be submitted in a ticket and to who, and what type of requests justify a phone call to the on duty Stamford ITS staff to handle.

Our help desk space is within the Library, so you will be expected to respect and follow all library rules.Â
