Plugin License Expires Refined for Jira Service Desk
Jira Misc Custom Fields User Profiles for Jira Automation for Jira Doublecheck for Jira and JSD UConn Procurement had this on hold owing to questions about Carahsoft vendor. Working with Procurement to process asap, given expiration dates.
Colin McNeil (OVPR) requested bulk export of JSD issues. Discuss possible plug-in's (AIO power bi connector for Jira, eazybi, tableau)

Owing to Procurement issues, the following 4 plug-in's were purchased and applied to Jira on 10/13/20: Refined for Jira Service Desk, Jira Misc Custom Fields, User Profiles for Jira and Automation for Jira. - Jira Clone completed on 9/2/20. Sumanth Reddy or Bharani Rajendran please verify.
- Jessica Henderson to touch base with Colin McNeil regarding possible plug-in's to manage bulk JSD issue exports
- Yi Zhang to evaluate Confluence version releases and provide feedback on desired version for upgrade (do we proceed with Long Term Support Release or another version?) and ideal timeframe for upgrade.
- Based on Yi's feedback, Sumanth Reddy and Bharani Rajendran will evaluate level of effort and scheduling availability
