      UConn Procurement had this on hold owing to questions about Carahsoft vendor.  Working with Procurement to process asap, given expiration dates.  

    2.   Colin McNeil (OVPR) requested bulk export of JSD issues.  Discuss possible plug-in's (AIO power bi connector for Jira, eazybi, tableau)

    3.   Need for other plug-in's?

Yi is interested in Version 7.7 that has accessibility improvements and cluster re-indexing without downtime.  
Since the smaller versions in 7.7 are mostly bug fixes, does that mean our upgrade will be for Version 7.7.4?
How long will the upgrade take?
If it can’t be done within the maintenance window, shall we schedule it during the Thanksgiving break?

  • Jessica Hendersonto create new Core Team via Teams
  • Jessica Henderson working with Procurement to process Jira plug-in renewals.
    Owing to Procurement issues, the following 4 plug-in's were purchased and applied to Jira on 10/13/20:  Refined for Jira Service Desk, Jira Misc Custom Fields, User Profiles for Jira and Automation for Jira.
  • Jira Clone completed on 9/2/20.  Sumanth Reddy or Bharani Rajendran please verify.   
  • Jessica Henderson to touch base with Colin McNeil regarding possible plug-in's to manage bulk JSD issue exports
  • Yi Zhang to evaluate Confluence version releases and provide feedback on desired version for upgrade (do we proceed with Long Term Support Release or another version?) and ideal timeframe for upgrade. 
    • Based on Yi's feedback, Sumanth Reddy and Bharani Rajendran will evaluate level of effort and scheduling availability
      Schedule will be based on support availability, including testing.
