Student Financial Responsibility Agreement/1098T Consent

Students can access and complete the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement/1098T Consent in the Student Administration System. 

Failure to complete the SF Responsibility Agreement/1098T Consent will result in a hold being placed on your account. You will need to complete the agreement to remove the hold. Please click the link for more information: https://bursar.uconn.edu/sf-responsibility-agreement-faq/

  1. Click the Action List tile on the Homepage.

  2. Click within the SF Responsibility Agreement/1098T Electronic Consent box.

    Step 1: Review the Introduction. Click Next in the upper right corner.

  4. Step 2: Review the statement.

  5. Click Accept.

  6. Agreement Date populates

  7. Click Next.

  8. Step 3: 1098T Consent - Review the statement.

  9. Click Accept or Decline

  10. To Print a copy, AFTER Clicking the Accept button, Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Printable Page button.

  11. Click Next.

  12. Step 4: Complete Task. Review the statement.

  13. Click Submit.

  14. You will return to the Completed Agreements List and your hold is removed

Assignment

This image shows the email message that is sent to you once the SF Responsibility Agreement has been assigned to you. 

Completion
