How do I login to view the fee bill, make a payment, enroll in a payment plan and downloa.mp4

 

  1. Visit http://bursar.uconn.edu and click “Authorized User Login”.

     

  2. You will be directed to https://uconn.myonplanu.com/login. Enter your email and password that you created.

     

    Forgot Password? If you forgot your password, please click, “Forgot Password”. An email will be sent to your email address to reset your password. Please check your inbox, spam, junk and or promotional folder for password reset email.

  3. The Authorized User can view the fee bill, make a payment, enroll in a payment plan and download an invoice. To make a payment, click “Make a Payment”. You will then be able to select what term you would like to pay for. If you would like to enroll in a payment plan, click the payment plan tab or button.

 

 

  1. Select the term you would like to make a payment towards and then continue.

  2. Next you will need to add a payment method and click continue. You will receive a confirmation email and

     

    ** To use a credit or debit card, you will be charged a 2.75% convenience fee.

     

    ** E-checks, or electronic checks, uses your banking information to process a secure payment online.  You will need to enter your routing and account number. There is no fee to pay via e-check. Before entering your routing and account number, confirm with your financial institution that this data is correct. In some instances, a financial institution may use a different routing number for electronic payment. DO NOT include the check number.

     

    ** Please note, the Office of the Bursar charges students a $30 fee for a check returned by the bank for any reason.  The Office of the Bursar will notify students with multiple returned checks, that check payments will no longer be accepted and all future payments MUST be made in the form of a money order, a certified or cashier’s check, a credit card, or a wire transfer.
