Equipment

  • (6) Rugged 7" Panasonic Toughpads
  • UCONN mentioned adding 3 zebra printers these will be eliminated as citations cannot be set up as e-citation and printing
    • (3) Rugged 10" Panasonic Toughpads
    • HW will require SIM Card
    • UCONN will use Verizon
      • eCitations will be used
      • Mobile LPR
      • 3 Vehicles
      • UCONN currently uses ford c-max but that might change
      • Things to note when acquiring a vehicle for use with LPR
        • NuPark MUST drill into the vehicle to mount the cameras
        • Cannot have a sunroof.
        • If luggage rack, NuPark needs to know how far back?
        • If mounting caution lights on top of the unit, discuss with NuPark vehicle type and distance from windshield for installation
        • Once the vehicle is received we will need photos of each side of the vehicle as well as the passenger side where the tablet will be mounted. Specifically, make sure to obtain a photo of the seat bolt on the passenger side.
        • Location for the install
          • Covered location with power is preferred. 
          • A quiet location for which the installers can focus their attention on the vehicle installation itself with no distractions.

Infrastructure

Data Migration

  • Current Vendor - Cardinal
  • Just citations.  3 years.  Including related data (i.e. appeals, payment or collection status, attached or associated documents).

      • NuPark to provide migration documentation - Conversion file specifications and What migrates documents attached to notes email
