- Noted reference to pricing based on tiers. Amy recommended ignoring reference since there is no language to support this reference in current documentation.
- Previously estimated to be Tier 2 based on volume to the server (taken from estimates provided in RFP)
- Is there an "order form"? that would indicate rate changes
- No additional questions and comments at this time.
- Framework for SOW based on the SOA model and single pricing
- Set up interim payments with the annual fee to not start until implementation (nominal fee at the start)
- Benefit: creates insentive for hitting schedule, more accountability fo rdeliverables
- Issue: delays could be caused by University (requiring a change control)
- Ngozi has ideas on pricing and will provide to the team
- Creating an SOW will hold timelines / accountability
