Tuition & Fees Estimator Calculator

1. Visit the Office of the Bursar website.

2. Click the “Resources” tab and then “Tuitions and Fees Calculator”.

3. The Tuition and Fees Calculator will download and open in an Excel sheet. If the download does not open automatically, please go to your downloads to open. Click download to open.

4. Click “Enable Editing”.

5. Click in the grey box and a drop-down arrow will appear.

6. Click drop down arrow to allow selection. Select. Repeat for the remaining boxes.

7. Please see example below after selecting information.

8. After selecting, move to the next box in Excel sheet to see the total for the semester. If you are receiving financial aid, click in the grey box and enter the amount of aid the student will be receiving.

9. Please see example after entering the aid in.

   1. Estimated Total Charges Per Semester = $18,217.00

   2. Estimated Total Aid Per Semester = $12,000

   3. Estimated Out-of-Pocket Expense = $6217.00

   4. $18,217.00-$12,000= $6217.00 (Estimated amount you will be financially responsible for)
