International students and Authorized Users can now enroll their balance into a payment plan and or make a wire transfer.
Once the student arrives at UConn, it’s highly recommended the student logins to Student Admin to update their U.S. address and link their U.S. bank account to direct deposit to receive refunds if there is an overpayment on the fee bill.
Please note: To avoid receiving up to $300 in late fees and Bursar Holds, payments MUST be posted on the fee bill by the fee bill due date or fee bill MUST be enrolled in a payment plan by the fee bill due date. No exceptions.
Payment Portal Login Instructions: Login to view the fee bill, make an electronic payment, enroll in a payment plan, download an invoice and grant access to student financial information.

Payment Plans Effective Spring 2025!!
Flywire offers a payment option for international/foreign currency payment. International payment installments must be initiated every month prior to the payment plan installment due date as they cannot be automatically deducted or scheduled ahead of time.
Wire Transfers- Pay with Foreign Currency
University of Connecticut proudly partners with two platforms to offer students the ability to pay their fee bills with foreign currency via an international account. Students may use either platform. Depending on the country payment is coming from, payment options may include bank transfer, foreign currency credit card, UnionPay, ICICI, and other options.
Please note, UConn does not partner with Easy Transfer. If paying with an international account, please only utilize Convera or Flywire. Please be aware of scams and ensure you are only using one of the University-approved payment methods. Do not give your money to someone else who claims they will provide you a credit card or bank account number to use to pay your fee bill. If you are presented with a payment method not listed here, please immediately contact bursar@uconn.edu.
