Definition/Usage	The means through which classes are taught, for example, in-person, online, and variations of those methodologies.
Values	HB = Hybrid HR = Hybrid/Blended Reduced P = In Person AR = By Arrangement WW = Online DL = Distance Learning OA = Online Asynchronous A full list of all values available for Instruction Mode can be found in INSTRUCT_MODE.
Example	P - In Person
Notes	International students: In Person, Hybrid and By Arrangement are all considered in person. New for Fall 2023: PR, HL, OS, OA, OB Individualized course types (independent studies, research and thesis courses, etc.) use the By Arrangement instructional mode.
