Administrators can execute a Student Financials inquiry in the Student Administration System.

 View Instructions

  1. Log in to the Student Administration System. 

  2. Click the NavBar in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Click the Navigation icon. 

  4. Click the Student Financials tab. 

  5. Click the UC Search Match tab.

  1. Log in to the Student Administration System. 

  2. Click the NavBar in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Click the Navigation icon. 

  4. Click on Set Up SACR tab. 

  5. Click the User Defaults tab.

 View Instructions

  1. Log in to the Student Administration System. 

  2. Click the NavBar in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Click the Navigation icon. 

  4. Click on UC Student Financials tab. 

  5. Select Online Term Fee Bill tab.

You can view an account information summary for all terms.

  2. Click the NavBar in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Click the Navigation icon. 

  4. Click on UC Student Financials tab.

  5. Select UC Account Information tab.

You can view customer accounts by term or by account type.

  5. Select View Customer Accounts tab.

  4. Click UC Student Financials.

  5. Select All SF Comments.

  5. Click on  UC Payment Plans tab.

  4. From the Student Admin homepage, there are two ways of viewing the Anticipated Aid page in the Student Administration System:

    1. Method 1:

      1. Navigate to UC Student Financials tab. 

      2. Click on UC Account Information tab. 

    2. Method 2: 

      1. Navigate to Student Financials tab

      2. Click on View Customer Accounts tab.
