This is a guide on how to join a personal Webex Room from a Video Conferencing System that is built into a UConn Room.
Ask the host to follow this guide so that they may supply you with the link to dial from your UConn Room.
Unless the host has manually changed their Personal Room name, the link you need to dial to join their personal room is:
[the host's NetID]@uconn-cmr.webex.com

Navigate to webex.uconn.edu
Log in using the green UConn Webex Login button.
Click on any image on this page to view at full size.You will once again be asked to sign in. Click Sign In and login with your NetID and NetID password.
Your Webex homepage will display. Click the More ways to join link under the header for you personal room.
A context menu will appear. In the section Join by video system, there is an address after the word “Dial”. This is the link that the host will need to share with the participants so that they may dial it in the UConn video conferencing system (example: netID@uconn-cmr.Webex.com ).
