Create a query rule for the collection membership you wish to edit

Attribute class: System Resource

Attribute: Security Group Name

Operator: is equal to: UCONN\<GroupName>


Add computer objects into the desired AD group

Users should be a member of the new Configuration Manager collection shortly after.
