Submitting Private Scholarship Letters

 

Please see instructions below on how to submit private scholarship letters for a deferral to be placed on your fee bill stating we are expecting this payment to come in to go towards the fee bill balance. If the student needs to submit an invoice or proof of enrollment to the scholarship provider, please see instructions below.

  1. To upload your private scholarship letter, please visit Private Scholarship Deferment | Office of the Bursar (uconn.edu).

  2. Click “Submit Scholarship Letter Here” and then click “Submit Letter to the Office of the Bursar using this form”.

8. The below page will open. Please fill out the form and upload letter.

9. Click “Submit.”

10. The letter will then be sent to the Office of the Bursar for review. Once approved, a scholarship deferral will then be placed on your account stating our department is anticipating this payment. Once we receive the payment, the payment will post to your account and the deferral will be removed. Please log in frequently to Home | Student Administration System (uconn.edu) to view activity on your fee bill.
