Downloading Class Rosters as Excel Documents

Instructors can download their class rosters as Excel documents in the Student Administration System. 

  1. Log in to the Student Administration System.

  2. Click the NavBar icon in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Click Navigator.

  4. Click Self Service.

  5. Click Faculty Center.

  6. Click Class Roster.

    1. If you selected a course previously, the Class Roster will display within the browser. (The information displayed includes Student ID, Student Name, Grade Basis, Units, Program and Plan, Academic Level, Enrollment Status, NetID, Phone Number, and Email Address.)

    2. If you have not previously selected a course, this will navigate to the Faculty Center with all active class rosters for the term.

  7. Click Change Class to view all class rosters in the Faculty Center.

  8. Click the Class Roster icon for the desired course. The Class Roster will display within the browser. 

  9. To download the roster, click the grid icon located to the right of Find. The roster will download as an Excel document in Chrome. 

Please ensure any pop-up blockers are disabled in your browser to avoid download issues. If you are using a web browser that is having difficulty downloading the roster, please contact ITS directly at (860) 486-4357 or via email at techsupport@uconn.edu.
