Troubleshooting Strategies
Deleting or Clearing Browser Cache
Many cache issues can be fixed by clicking on the Delegate Login button then returning to the Student Administration home page using the back arrow. Once you have done this, log in normally. If you are still experiencing issues, you may have to clear your browser cache manually. Log out of the Student Administration System if you are still logged in, then clear your browser cache and restart your web browser before logging back in. You can see how to do this in Clearing the Cache in Web Browsers.
If you are experiencing issues with a particular browser, you can also try to access and use the Student Administration System in a different browser. Doing so will help in determining if the issue is browser-specific.
