Webex-Blackboard: Token is Expired

Users trying to join a Webex session through the Blackboard (HuskyCT) Webex tool may encounter an error claiming the "Token is expired." To fix this, simply log out of the Webex tool and then sign back in.

  1. Log in to Blackboard (HuskyCT) by navigating to lms.uconn.edu

  2. Go to your course and click on the Webex tool link in the lefthand menu.

  3. Look in the top-right corner for the logout button that sits next to the Support button.

  4. Once you have signed out, sign back in.

  5. The error is now resolved.
