Manage a Live Event Recording and Reports in Teams
This article is for faculty and staff who wish to host live events on Teams.
A Teams live event is a lightweight alternative to Stream, which requires external hardware or software encoder. In a Teams live event, users can create events and invite presenters/panelists to participate on their own devices.
Producer Privileges
Once an event is over, producers have the following privileges to the recording and configured reports:

Managing Reports
To manage the reports, click Calendar  , select the live event, and go to the Event resources section.
To download a resource, click Download next to the resource.
To delete all the resources, click Delete all.Â
If you delete a resource by mistake, you have up to 7 days to restore it.
Click Refresh to see the latest resources related to the live event.
