Why is my report showing headers but no data when there should be data? | It is possible that you may not have the proper access to that specific data within WebFOCUS. You can log a ticket directly with the Technology Support Center to confirm your access. |
What do I do if my report is giving me a message stating that there is “no data”? | It could be that incorrect/invalid data was entered in the parameters before running the report (i.e. account number typed incorrectly). Before requesting access, try to run the report again, and reenter your information. It is possible that you may not have the proper access to that specific data within WebFOCUS. You can log a ticket directly with the Technology Support Center to confirm your access. |
What do I do if I have access to some of the folders but need access to additional folders? | You can complete an Access Request Form for the desired data mart. |
Loading WebFOCUS
Issue | Resolution |

When I log in to WebFOCUS, the loading screen gets “stuck” and does not present the main WebFOCUS home page. | Sometimes the program gets “hung up” on the dialog. Simply use the browser refresh button to refresh the page allowing it to reload. |
