How To Review Sabbatical Report

This report shows all Faculty taking Sabbatical Leaves for the Academic Year.

  • To begin, go to CHAD. Under reports, click on Sabbatical Report:

  • It will then bring you to this screen:

  • Select the Fiscal Year you want to review, the department, and then hit “run report”. It will look like this once it’s done running:

  • If anything on this report looks incorrect, please reach out to your BSC contact. Only Full Year Sabbaticals will have 50% leave savings, the rest will have 0%.

The Sabbatical Semester dates for FY24 are as follows:

Fall 2023: 8/23/23-2/22/24

Spring 2024: 2/23/24-8/22/24

Annual Year: 8/23/23-8/22/24

Calendar Year : 2/22/24-2/22/25
