For on-campus printing, UConn uses Wepa, a cloud-based printing service. There are currently two ways to pay for printing.

  1. You can add money to your Wēpa account using a credit/debit card or PayPal. When you print, you will pay from this balance.
  2. You can pay at the print station with your Husky One Card.

At this time, you cannot pay at the print station with a credit or debit card. To pay with a card, you need to add money to your Wepa account.

All printing is done on plain 8.5 x11 inch paper.

Add Funds to a Wepa Account

UConn Faculty, Staff, and Students

Everyone at UConn has a Wepa account automatically created for them. Follow these steps to access your account or member area.

  1. Go to https://www.wepanow.com/login to log into your Wepa account.

  2. Click the drop down arrow beside School, and start typing "UConn." and select "University of Connecticut (UCONN)."

  3. UConn's Single Sign On screen will appear. Enter your NetID and NetID password.

    By signing in with your NetID credentials, you can use your Husky Bucks to pay for printing or receive free/discounted printing if your school or program provides this option.

  4. If presented with the screen below, click the text Click here to complete your login and go to Members Area.

  5. In the members area, you can add funds to your Wēpa balance with your credit/debit card or PayPal by clicking Add More or Deposit Funds.

  6. Select a deposit amount and then a payment method (card or PayPal).

When you print, the money will be deducted from this balance.

There is no minimum balance that must be maintained and any remaining user deposited funds can be refunded by contacting Wepa support.

Non-UConn User

If you are not affiliated with the University and do not have a NetID or NetID password, you can still print at the Wepa print stations. You will need to create a guest account to be able to add money to your balance.

  1. Go to https://www.wepanow.com/login
  2. If this is your first time, you will need to set up an account. Click Register.

  3. Enter your name and email address. Then create a password. Your email and this password are your new login credentials to Wepa.
  4. Login with your new credentials and manage your account in the member area.

You can use the Wepa mobile app to pay by credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo or ApplePay from your mobile device.

Pay with Husky One Card

You can swipe/tap your Husky One Card at the printer Print Station and funds will be deducted from your Husky Bucks balance. You can deposit funds to your Husky One Card, and check your balance, at https://onecard.uconn.edu/
