The Slicers tab enables control of the data records being retrieved both at run time and in preview mode.

  1. In the Record Limit group, modify the Preview dropdown and/or the Run Time dropdown, as desired.   While building a query it helps to keep these numbers small for faster response times. Be sure to reset the Run Time value to All before preforming data validation to ensure all records are returned.
