Ribbon Menu Navigation

The tool ribbon at the top of the page is like most other Windows and GUI interfaces with drop-downs and multiple tabs for different functions. Based on view settings, ribbon groups may collapse to save space. If a group is collapsed, simply click the group label to expand the available options in your current view.  

Main Menu Icon 

1. Click the blue IA box in the upper left corner of the top ribbon. 

   Open

   

2. Select one of the options from the menu that displays.  

   Open

   

   1. Click New to create a new report. 

   2. Click Open to launch an existing report.  

   3. Click Save to save the current report.  

   4. Click Run to run the open report immediately.  

   5. Click Run Deferred to run the open report behind the scene, allowing you to continue working in InfoAssist on other items.  

   6. Click Close to close the open report.

3. Click X Exit to exit the InfoAssist tool.  

4. Click Options to view interface customization options, as desired.
