Webex Not Showing Upcoming or Calendar Events

If you find that your upcoming meetings or Outlook calendar is not appearing in the Webex app, check these settings.
You may see the following warning in the App.

  1. Open the Webex app.

  2. Click on your Profile Icon in the top-left corner, then click on Settings. If you have not set a profile icon, Webex will show your initials here.

  3. Choose Meetings from the left-hand menu.

  4. Take a look at the Connect a calendar section at the top of the window.

    1. Click on Connect to connect your Outlook calendar.

    2. Click on Disconnect to remove your Outlook calendar. Then click Connect to relink them.

  5. Click Save at the button of the page.
