This is an IRS Requirement. Failure to provide a Social Security Number or TIN will result in the hold remaining on your account.

  1. Select Action List.

    Action List button
  2. Click within the Update Social Security Number Request box.

  3. Review the introduction and click Mark as Read in the upper right corner.

  4. Click Next in the upper right corner.

  5. Read the statement and respond accordingly by selecting the appropriate radio button. Update your SSN/TIN (if providing one). Click Save.

  6. Review the message and select OK.

  7. Click Mark As Read in the upper right corner.

  8. Click Next in the upper right corner.

  9. Review the text and click Accept in the upper right corner.

  10. To print, select Printable Page or select Next to continue.

  11. Click Finish to complete the task.

You will automatically be taken to the Completed Agreements page.
