- must gas vehicles one day before any performance off campus
- Renting Supplemental Vehicles
- For long trips, or if a vehicle is in disrepair, a rental truck/van may be needed
- Enterprise is the contracted vendor for such rentals
- set up rental at least 2 weeks in advance
- provide all details to Music Dept Business Manager (Melanie Chebro)
- vehicle will be picked up & dropped off in East Granby, CT
- billing questions will go through Windsor Locks office
- Each vehicle should have a monthly mileage form and pen/pencil on a clipboard
- Drivers should log vehicle mileage at the beginning and end of each trip
- Administrative Assistant may be required to enter monthly mileage in digital system
- In the event of an audit of University vehicles, staff may be required to provide mileage of all vehicles
- Accidents/Emergencies
- In the event of an accident, drivers should notify band staff immediately.
- Drivers should call 911 in the event of an emergency and request a police report
- All UCMB vehicles should contain an accident brochure form
