Your RG2100 Mobile Hotspot

Installing the SIM card and Battery

  1. Remove the back cover.

  2. Slide your 5G SIM card into the SIM card slot with T-mobile logo facing up.

  3. Align the the battery’s contacts with those inside the battery and press down.

  4. Take back cover and push back into mobile hotspot until corners click down.

Charging the Battery

  1. Insert the one end of the USB-C cable into the USB charging port on the right side of the hotspot, and the other end into the AC adapter.

  2. Once plugged into power outlet an image of a battery will appear on the hotspot display.
