Issues Accessing the Bill Pay Suite (Touchnet)

Students can receive the following error message when attempting to access the "Pay Bill, Authorize Users, Manage Payment Plan" link in the Student Administration System (SA).

We're sorry, an error has occurred. The requested page could not be found. Please log out and try again later.

Troubleshooting

The most common cause of the error is an old or out-of-sync NetID password.

  1. Change your NetID password from the website netid.uconn.edu following the instructions on changing your NetID password.

  2. Closeout of any active Student Admin or Bill pay tabs you have open.

  3. Navigate to studentadmin.uconn.edu, log in with your NetID and new NetID password, and navigate back to the Bill Pay Suite.

If you still receive an error after changing your password, clear your cache and cookies, quit the browser, and try again.
